Every order is produced and dispatched within 2 working days.
We ship all parcels exclusively with DHL.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer express delivery. However, experience has shown that our parcels arrive very quickly.
Order
Of course, you are welcome to send us your desired motif in advance. Send us your motif to [email protected] or upload it in our motif check area upload.
Ideally, your graphic should be in .AI .EPS .SVG or .PDF (vector) format, but if you are unable to send us your design in this format, please select the .JPG .JPEG or .PNG option and we will convert your graphic into a vector graphic to achieve the best possible result.
Embossing stamp
The embossing stamp is only suitable for paper with a grammage of up to 240g/m².
The grammage is an indication of the quality of a paper and describes the basis weight, i.e. the weight of the material in relation to the surface area. In this context, it is also referred to as paper thickness. It is given in grams per square meter (g/m²) - in short, the thickness of a paper.
